Guidelines governing contributions, volunteering, and use of our public portal.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or utilizing the web portal of Green Park Jeewan Deep Kalyan Sansthan, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India.

2. Charitable Donations & 80G Tax Exemption

  • All contributions made through this website or directly via Bank/UPI are voluntary, non-commercial gifts to our charitable corpus.
  • Donations made by Indian tax residents are eligible for a 50% tax deduction under Section 80G of the Indian Income Tax Act.
  • To receive Form 10BE and an official 80G tax receipt, the donor must provide a valid Permanent Account Number (PAN) and mailing address as mandated by the Central Board of Direct Taxes (CBDT).

3. Donation Cancellation & Refund Policy

Because donations are immediately disbursed to field programs (e.g. procurement of saplings, ration packets, or school supplies), charitable contributions are generally non-refundable. However, in the case of a proven technical error or duplicate debit during an online transaction, a written refund request submitted within 7 days of the transaction will be reviewed and refunded following verification.

4. Volunteer & Student Conduct

Volunteers and students participating in our programs represent the ethos of selfless service (Seva). All volunteers agree to maintain dignity, safety, respect for children and beneficiaries, and refrain from any commercial or partisan political activities under the Sansthan's banner.

5. Intellectual Property

All text, graphics, logos, imagery, and software code on this website are the property of Green Park Jeewan Deep Kalyan Sansthan and protected by Indian and international copyright laws. Unauthorized reproduction for commercial gain is strictly prohibited.

6. Jurisdiction

Any legal disputes arising out of the use of this portal or contributions made shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in New Delhi, India.
